Policy purpose
This policy defines how the platform handles rejected campaigns, cancellations, missed plays, skipped spots, downtime, partial delivery, credits, extensions, refunds, and payout adjustments.
Before approval
- If a campaign is rejected before approval, payment authorization should be cancelled or the payment refunded.
- If an advertiser cancels before approval, no campaign delivery obligation exists.
Non-intentional skipped spots
Minor, temporary, or non-intentional skipped spots do not automatically qualify for a full refund. The primary remedy should be make-good delivery.
Make-good options
- Additional plays.
- Campaign extension.
- Replacement screen of similar value.
- Campaign credit.
- Partial refund.
- Screen owner payout adjustment.
Evidence
Playback logs, player online/offline records, screenshots, scheduling records, and CMS reports are the primary evidence.
This policy should be reviewed by legal and finance advisors before real transactions begin.
