Recommended flow
- Advertiser submits campaign and payment details.
- Payment is authorized or prepared.
- Screen owner approves content and booking.
- Payment is captured or confirmed.
- Campaign is scheduled through CMS.
- Proof-of-play records are collected.
- Commission and applicable fees are deducted.
- Screen owner payout is released.
Payout timing
Daily and weekly campaigns should be paid after completion. Monthly and long-term campaigns may use weekly or monthly milestones.
Avoid describing the flow as escrow unless the payment provider and legal structure support it.
