1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Signzware Content Management System (CMS), related websites, mobile apps, player software, and associated services (together, the "Services").
By creating an account, accessing the Services, or using a Signzware player license, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your organization.
2. The Services
Signzware provides software and tools to create, schedule, publish, and manage digital signage content across screens and media players. Features may include media libraries, playlists, solutions, scheduling, timing boards, player monitoring, AI-assisted tools, and related administration.
We may update, improve, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
3. Accounts and access
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure
- You are responsible for activity under your organization's accounts and user roles
- You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access at support@signzware.com
4. Subscriptions, trials, and payment
Paid plans, free trials, and player licenses are described on our pricing pages or order documents. Fees are due according to the selected plan. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Taxes may apply. Refunds, if any, follow the terms of your plan or applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Upload or publish unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content
- Violate third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights
- Attempt to bypass security, licensing, or access controls
- Interfere with platform reliability or other customers' use
- Resell or redistribute the Services except as expressly permitted
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Signzware a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to provide the Services. You represent that you have the rights needed to use and publish the content on your screens.
7. Our intellectual property
The Services, software, branding, and documentation are owned by Signzware or its licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, no license to our intellectual property is transferred.
8. Players and hardware
Player software is licensed, not sold. Hardware purchases (including SignzPi and other devices) may be subject to separate product terms, warranties, and return policies stated at purchase.
9. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
10. Availability and support
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Support is available via support@signzware.com according to your plan.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Signzware's total liability arising from the Services is limited to the fees you paid to Signzware for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Services and cancel according to your plan. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, misuse, or material breach. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends; we may delete or disable access to your content after a reasonable retention period unless law requires longer storage.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory local law requires otherwise for consumers.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance, except where additional consent is required by law.
